Dear Mike,
Because of your efforts on the R.E.A.L. (Reno Essentials for Accessible Living) –
Joe and Anne Lescan will live the remainder of their days in comfort and functionality.
After a slip and fall in his own front yard, Joe became a quadriplegic and his wife, Anne, approached the Home Builders Association to help…and help we did! Together with the BCA, and in just 54 hours – we complete renovated a 40+ year old home to suit the needs of a man in a head-controlled wheelchair.
Because of our Members and trades such as RAINER’S SIDING & INSTALLATION we were able to accomplish this and provide a quality of life for Joe and Anne which they could have not had otherwise.
Joe has hope for the future and slowly, but surely, is regaining the use of one of his arms. He and Anne enjoy coffee on their deck and have a new sense of purpose because of the generosity of our Members – congratulations!
Sincerely,

To Rainer’s Siding, Att: Mike Saarela

In 2007 I was co-chair for the Association’s Guilda’s project; with the help of members and volunteers who donated time and materials, we built a home in three days – move in ready. The sale of this house raised $300,000.00 for The Guilda’s Club of Barrie.
In 2012 I was co-chair of the REAL Reno Project; again in three days we gutted and renovated an existing home, making it accessible for a local elderly couple.
During both of these projects, Rainer’s Siding was there, donating time and materials. Amongst other fundraising efforts by our association, I would like to thank Rainer’s for their eager participation and outstanding cooperation during these two particular projects.
It is businesses like yours that make such community efforts worthwhile and profitable for the charities and recipients

Thank you,
James Bazely Gregor Homes Ltd.

Mike and Staff

As a business owner I fully understand the importance of giving quality service and value to the customer.
I moved into the home just over a year ago and noticed that the windows looked a bit old. Although the home was built in the late 70’s, the windows had been replaced about 15 years ago. I thought they would last a bit longer, but this winter showed the moisture in between the glass and air was coming in around the frame.
Mike took the measurements and then recommended the basement windows be replaced as well,I agreed to do it all at the same time.
His installers arrived early, and by the time I returned in the evening I hardly knew anyone had been there. The windows are fabulous, the work was finished to a touch and of course they had completely cleaned up afterwards.
I highly recommend Mike and his Staff at Rainer’s for quality products and service.

Home Builders Association Does it Again…. Dear Mike,
I want to thank you and your team, on behalf of the Greater Barrie Home Builders Association, The Barrie Construction Association and Gilda’s Club – Simcoe Muskoka, for your part in the amazing “Build for Gilda’s!” project which took place June 20-22.
It was amazing to see all of the Builders, Trades and Suppliers come forward to work together for such an incredible cause.
As you know – your contribution to the home on Thicketwood Crescent in Barrie’s south end, raised more than $300,000 for the Gilda’s Capital Campaign – the largest single donation!
Working together with the Barrie Construction Association, we were able to build this home, from the ground up, in just 57 hours – nothing short of spectacular!
Thanks again Mike and also please pass this on to your team – WELL DONE! Sincerely,
Matt Pryce Scott Ward Build Chair Build Chair

Dear Mike and Team,
HUGE SUCCESS!
What difference can 72 hours make? Well – just check out the Stunden Lane Build which took place between June 25-27…and RAINER’S SIDING AND INSTALLATION was a huge part of the success of this event!
From a hole in the ground to a completely finished home with 3 bedrooms, a huge family room, landscaping, gas fireplaces, appliances and even a skylight – in just 3 short days!
Without the support of trades such as yourselves – this project would never have happened! Just over $200,000 was contributed to the much-needed Regional Cancer Care Centre from this project. We’re proud of that fact – and you should be too!
Thanks again Mike and also please pass this on to your team – WELL DONE! Sincerely,
Matt Pryce James Bazely Build Chair Build Chair
